Improved Holemaking Lyndex FluidHeads facilitate hole drilling by delivering coolant to the point of contact. The drilling-associated heat factor is eliminated, so there is no heat-related warping. In addition, chips are immediately evacuated to prevent chips from annealing to the cutting tool and the workpiece wall. Greater Feeds and Speeds Direct coolant applied to the tool's cutting edge provides lubrication, promotes superior chip breakage and evacuation, and prevents double-cutting of chips. These factors allow for greater feeds and speeds, increasing productivity.
